Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! Please pop an email over to Ben@pack-plan.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll get back to you.

Do you do custom tape?
Yes we do, we offer 4 colour printing on our kraft or white recycled paper tapes. We’d love to help you bring your bespoke tape dreams to life.

Do you do custom tissue and stickers? 
Yes, we do custom tissue up to 2 colours and full colour stickers. Drop us a line at  Ben@pack-plan.co.uk with the details and quantity you have in mind, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

Where is your tape manufactured?
All of our tapes are all manufactured in the UK.

Are your products recyclable?
Yes they are!

Is your tape strong enough to ship internationally.
It sure is, we often send 10kg boxes to the USA from the UK using our own tapes with no problems. If you are a little hesitant, you can always put a few more strips on for peace of mind.

Do you offer refunds?
If the product does not meet your standards then we are more than happy to refund or replace the product. Please pop us a mail at Ben@pack-plan.co.uk and we can chat further.

When will my order ship?
Firstly, thanks so much for supporting us! We pack orders most weekdays and once a weekend. Orders placed before 2pm usually get packed up that evening and sent the next day.

How much does shipping cost?
That depends on where you live! Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and have even had orders from places such as Mexico, Saudi Arabia & Australia.

Do you offer gift notes?
Yes, we’re more than happy to add a note to your order if you’re giving it as a gift. Just pop us an email at Ben@pack-plan.co.uk with your name and order number, and let us know what you’d like it to say. 

How should I care for my products?
Keep them away from direct sunlight, as this could impact the print. We also suggest keeping them away from anything too hot (radiators and central heating) as well as away from cold spots, as these can have an adverse reaction to the adhesive.

Oh no! I gave you the wrong/an incomplete delivery address!
That’s alright! Just pop us an email to Ben@pack-plan.co.uk with your name, order number and correct address as quickly as you can.

What is ‘72 and gone’? 
We release a brand new, funky, once-off tape every 2 months. We only have 72 rolls available, and once they’re all sold they’re gone forever! So if you’re keen to buy, be quick as we don’t restock these. If you’re an illustrator and interested in collaborating with us to design one of these special tapes, drop us a DM on iInstagram or a mail at britney@pack-plan.co.uk
