If the product does not meet your standards then we are more than happy to refund or replace the product. Please pop us a mail at Ben@pack-plan.co.uk and we can chat further.

How should I care for my products?

Down arrow

Keep your packaging away from direct sunlight, as this could impact the colour of the print. We also suggest keeping them away from anything too hot (radiators and central heating) as well as away from cold spots, as these can have an adverse reaction to the adhesive on products like our recycled paper tape, stickers and mailing bags.
